• No Marketing or Advertising Trackers: We have removed tracking pixels from Meta (Facebook), Google, Pinterest, and other advertising platforms.
• No Third-Party Analytics: We have disconnected Google Analytics. We do not analyze or profile your personal behavior across the web.
• Minimal Data Collection: We only collect the absolute minimum data required for our site to function securely and for you to interact with our Beyondia™ AI chat.

• Beyondia AI Chat Data:
  • Data Collected: The questions or messages you type into the chat window.
  • Purpose of processing: To provide you with a real-time, conversational response from our AI travel companion. Your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate a response. They are not used for any other purpose, such as model training.
  • Important Note: We do not store or log your conversations. Each interaction is stateless and ephemeral, meaning it is processed and immediately discarded.
• Technical Log Data for Security:
  • Data Collected: IP address, browser type, and device information.
  • Purpose of processing: This data is collected in temporary server logs and by our security partner (Cloudflare) for the essential purpose of protecting our website from malicious attacks (like DDoS), ensuring server stability, and troubleshooting technical errors. This data is not used to track your individual Browse habits.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Under GDPR, our legal basis for processing depends on the action being performed:

• Consent: For the functional cookie that enables chat memory. You will be asked for your consent via our cookie banner. If you do not consent, the cookie will not be used.
• Legitimate Interest: Used for essential site functionality and security, such as DDoS protection provided by Cloudflare, and for maintaining temporary server logs for security audits.

We do not sell your data. We only share the minimum required data with trusted third-party providers to deliver essential services:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: For security, protection, and traffic optimization.
• Hostinger International Ltd.: Our website hosting provider, whose servers store our website files.
• Anthropic: Our AI service provider for the Beyondia chat. Your messages are sent to their systems solely to generate Beyondia’s responses.

• Beyondia AI Chat Messages: Not stored. All chat interactions are processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
• Cloudflare logs: Retained for a short period (typically less than 7 days) for security analysis.
• Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and auditing purposes before being deleted.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint. Our goal is to use the absolute minimum number of cookies possible. This site uses one optional Functional Cookie for a single purpose: to improve your experience with the Beyondia AI chat.

• What it does: It allows the Beyondia AI chat to remember the last few messages in your conversation during your current visit. This enables a more natural, flowing dialogue.
• It is always your choice. You can accept or decline this cookie in our cookie banner.

Your Choice & Its Impact:
